You will have to do something called migration, which will essentially reinstalling the OS for whatever system you choose as the new unit. You would want to install Synology Assistant from our website https://www.synology.com/en-us/support/download/ , then insert the drives in the new unit. When you search with the Synology Assistant you will see the migrate status. Simply migrate, and you will have access to your data again.
You will need to reinstall packages again. You will also want to make a configuration backup on your current unit to restore user/network settings https://www.synology.com/en-global/knowledgebase/DSM/help/DSM/AdminCenter/system_configbackup unless you wish to re-setup those. LUNs and files within shared folders, you will not need to do anything for to show up, as they are in a separate partition that the OS layer.
