After a power outage or reboot of the Hyper V servers, Lathem Timeclock will lose the Live Sync. The terminals will need to be polled manually. This is how to fix the problem:
1.) Log into the Timeclock VM at 10.1.20.182. User is systems and pass is 2jbs*****.
2.) Start Payclock V6.
3.) Log in using the following credentials: user: Admin pass: lathem17.
4.) Select "Terminal Manager" from the top menu.
5.) Select the "Main" clock.
6.) Uncheck "Livesync Enabled" and click save.
7.) Select the "Press" clock.
8.) Uncheck "Livesync Enabled" and click save.
9.) Click the "Update all Terminals" button and wait for them to update.
10.) Start the Services program in Windows (there should be a shortcut on the menu bar.)
11.) Find the Payclock Network Terminal Service and stop it. Then start it.
12.) Go back into Payclock and select the "Main" clock and check the "Livesync Enabled" box. Click Save.
13.) Select the "Press" clock and check the "Livesync Enabled" box. Click Save.
14.) Click the "Update all Terminals" button again and wait for them to update.
15.) Close Payclock and you are done. You should now see the green "LiveSync" arrows at the top of the window on the PayClock terminals.
