How do I add links to the Broadsheet footer menu?

Broadsheet has a menu in the footer that is capable of displaying any arbitrary link -- posts, pages, other websites, whatever.

An administrator can change this menu by editing the WordPress Menu called "Tools". Here's an example link to the configuration on the backend under Appearance->Menus: http://www.davisenterprise.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=81337

Note: The name of the menu itself may change but the menu area is called "Tools." Any menu can be checked into this menu area.
