When a magic category named "Special Publications" is used, the posts contained therein will be displayed at the footer of every page. The image used will be the featured image, and it will click to the online special section display of post attachments.

The items, max 3, will be displayed in reverse publishing chronology. Remove an item or changes it's publish date to manipulate this display area.
