How do I setup a print edition?

When a special "Printed" category (slug: printed), page (slug: print) and page template (e-edition.php) are setup for use, an item with attachments and feature image is checked into this category, and the e-section dates match up with a site's configured publish days, a print edition will display at the page's URL (e.g. https://www.davisenterprise.com/print/). Note: You can put a link into a menu to /print/ and it will redirect to a live print edition, when available.
