The masthead can be swapped out by an administrator on Broadsheet's General Settings page. Here's an example URL: https://www.wintersexpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=general_settings
The fields to change are "Site Logo Path" (desktop) and "Site Logo Path Child" (mobile).
