How do I import a Gravity Form? – McNaughton Newspapers, Inc.

Step 1: In the Forms menu of the WordPress backend, choose "Import/Export"

Step 2: Choose "Import Forms" from the lefthand side on the settings screen

Step 3: Tap the "Choose File" button for the "Select File" field and upload a gravityform-*.json file you've previously exported. See also: How do I export a Gravity Form?
