IT: Steps to Provision A Chromebook

1) power up, add local WiFi to connect

2) login using @mcnaughton.media address

3) verify gmail settings, etc.

4) share Google Cloud Printer with user, click "confirm" when invitation arrives

5) update chrome via Chrome settings, restart to update
