Upgrading Software on DELL Wyse T50 or similar thin client

1.) Download the latest version of the DELL Wyse USB Firmware Tool from Dell. 2.) Download the latest firmware for your model, from Dell's site and extract it to a folder on the desktop of a PC. 3.) Run the USB firmware tool and push the firmware to a USB stick. Warning: the software will format the USB stick. 4.) Turn the thin client off and UNPLUG THE NETWORK CABLE. 5.) Plug the USB stick into the thin client and hold down the 'P' key on the keyboard. 6.) While holding the 'P' key, press and hold the power button until the activity light starts flashing. Then release the power button. 7.) The upgrade process should start. Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.
