How Do I Use Two Sets of Targeting Parameters?

The trick to adding a separate set of targetable criteron -- so that we can say such things as "target all impressions on the Mountain Democrat OR Village Life" -- is to use the "Add set" button.

Step 0: Insert your first set of targetable criterion.

Step 2: Hit it the "+ Add set" button and then enter your second set of targeting.

Your targeting should now say X OR Y in the right hand side.
