- Did they include a URL for the order or line item so you don't have to spend time searching for it?
- Did they include a preview URL for the creatives so you've verified they've checked and you don't have to generate one a second time?
If so, then we check:
Order
* Status (Pending Approval or Ready and not Draft or "Inventory Reserved"?)
* Organizational conventions (branch, customer, salesperson in the Order name?)
* Salesperson (under "optional settings", often missed)
Line Item
* Type (should this really be a Sponsorship? If this is running in other publications, is the type Standard and set to "Low" priority?)
* Organizational conventions (branch, customer, salesperson and campaign detail in the Line Item name?)
* Sizes (are both 300s and 728s supported where possible?)
* Targeting (publication? geography? devices?)
* Yield (rate * amount make sense?)
Creatives
* As many creatives as we need to fill the page?
* Creatives look good on the page?
* Click destination actually work and appropriate?
