FYI: Click-tracking doesn't really work in Newsletter campaigns. It's best to use Newsletter for campaigns with physical and non-click based CTAs. See here for Mailchimp's explanation.
Step 0: Follow the steps to create a line item, per usual. Click here for the "How to create an Order" guide, which is the first step. You need to set the Line Item type to Sponsorship, with e.g. 100% SOV.
Step 1A: Under the "Add Targeting" section, add ad unit level targeting. This is going to restrict delivery to one ad unit. Pick "Newsletter."
