If you want to make sure a Payment appears along with a Customer Record, you can either simply use the Payment Form with the identifying email address (as described a bit further in How Do I Create A New Customer Record?); else, to do it manually via the Stripe Dashboard, find the customer record and follow the steps outlined in How Do I Process A New Payment (Or Authorization) For An Existing Customer Record And Credit Card?
